Female Spirit Inculcation

Trance last night was deep but I didn't make it to the end. Can't remember too much again but this time what made me come out was that I couldn't move my hands it was like I actually had no connection to them at all I was trying really hard and it took me about 4 tries before I got control and then it was like a sudden rush of my body coming back to me was intense but I think it was also a little to much to handle which is why I think I came out of trance.
