So i have hit a road block or maybe the next level, the past few listens i listen through and then go to bed normally well now I'm waking up in the morning and i cant remember any of the file i listened to. So its going to get hard to review my experiences the further i go on but lets see where this goes.
This mornings listen i remember waking up in the middle and going back down and then right at the end it felt as if i was pulled out of the trance cant remember any of the file or what happened.
Post hypnotic - I have noticed that i have changed but i feel as if Amber is not separate i feel as if i embody her i am still me but i feel different. Good Girly Girl Amber :)
