Female Spirit Inculcation

I don't remember blacking out but I came to in the file some where felt like I was gone for ages but it had only been half an hour in that time I'm not sure what happened because normally I lay with my arms near my sides but when I came to I felt like it was still there but then after a moment realised my arms was on my chest in the time I've been doing hypnosis this hasn't happened before without being present or aware of what is happening. I don't make it to the end of the file but it was good trance so very happy. Good Girly Girl :)
